Thanks to his lively appearance, I interviewed sales manager Iseul, who is in charge of the noisy humor of his office.

I heard that you were nervous because it was your first in-house interview.

Let's have an interview with the director of Iseul, who has already been in the company for 9 months.

Q. Please introduce yourself.

-

Hello, I'm Lee Seul, the sales manager of MuhanIT.

Previously, I worked in marketing, and I had a good opportunity to join the sales department of MuhanIT.

I have changed my field of work, so I still have a lot of things to learn, but I have a challenging and optimistic personality, so I am working happily.

Q. What if there's an intersection between sales and me?

-

We work to help customers feel confident that 'MuhanIT will help us solve our problems'.

Due to the nature of the sales group, there are many times when we have face-to-face meetings with cable companies.

We meet our customers to understand their problems and to guide them through the right solutions.

I think it fits well with my tendency to have no difficulty in meeting new people and to help them develop in a better direction.

Q. What was the most rewarding moment in your nine months of work?

-

A business proposal is made through the hard work and sincerity of many people.

That's how much energy it consumes. When I was pressed to submit my proposal, I actually wanted to run away because it was too much.

However, I was very proud when the proposal I wrote, inspected, and submitted in collaboration with my colleagues was won.

I can't forget the joy of that time.

Q. Do you have any difficulties and know-how to overcome while working?

-

It was my first time working in the IT field, so at first, all business terms felt unfamiliar and unfamiliar, just like when a new child learned a language.

Thanks to you, I became the king of endless questions.

I made a collection of terms that only I could recognize by dividing them by field and gradually became familiar.

And I believed in the power of repetition. In order to learn the flow of work, I overcame it by looking for similar cases and printing materials myself and reading them with my eyes.

Q. What is the company welfare and atmosphere that you personally felt good about?

-

I felt that the system was good to encourage people to enjoy hobbies and refresh when they are tired of their daily lives, and to provide quarterly support for books and Internet lectures so that they can develop themselves.

And I thought it was good to respect each other regardless of rank.

I'm not limited to teams, but I'm getting along with my colleagues smoothly.

Due to the nature of the job that requires a lot of collaboration, I often ask other teammates for help, but I am always grateful for your active help.

Q. Do you think you've grown up while working?
-

Looking back from the first time I joined the company until now, I have been working with a lot of trial and error and blaming myself.
But I didn't get frustrated and set my own benchmark.

Six months, and a year. No matter what I do, I have encouraged myself that I will be able to do it as I endure the years of difficulties.
After 6 months, I read the flow of work, and I think it is gradually growing.
My colleagues helped me a lot, and I will continue to work hard to grow no matter what difficulties I face.

Q. What's your personal goal in the future?
-

There are many opportunities to communicate with customers at the closest place. I think expertise is more important than anything else because it should be based on an understanding of the products/services of MuhanIT.

I'm still focusing on the part I'm in charge of, but I want to expand the area of work that I can do among the projects promoted by MuhanIT through steady study.
